$150.00 per person if paid by April 11, 2025
$200.00 per person if received after April 12, 2025
All individual player names must be submitted no later than April 17th. Any open spots will be replaced with our Standby List, please do not let spaces go unfilled. Teams of two and single players will be matched up. Please submit player names to info@tampabayclaims.com.
